About the Book
In business terms Key Performance Indicators or "KPIs" are measures that companies look after in great detail because, as the name implies, they are the key indicators of how the business is performing or the health of the company. This concept is not exclusive to business, though. In life, beyond the noise and minor things that can seem so major, there are also KPIs for living a successful one. With The KPIs of Life we find the necessary perspective to be more than just 'good enough' - we find the perspective to measure and achieve success.
In a world where we are over-exposed to so many versions of what life could and should look like it is becoming increasingly easy to 'major in the minors' and lose sight of what it means to live a successful life. Focusing on the wrong things can often lead to a grossly false perception of what truly matters but through an open and honest perspective The KPIs of Life takes us on a journey centered around the KPIs that we must focus on and manage in order to live a fulfilling life. From the brain of an atypical corporate professional, The KPIs of Life redefines success in a way that is objective yet nuanced and pragmatic yet ambitious. In his debut book Will Everett shares sage wisdom, business insights, and personal anecdotes to articulate not only the KPIs of living a successful life but also concise principles and practices that anyone can leverage to monitor and manage those tenants.
